The syrup is pasteurized at 180 F when it is put in a pot or cane. We recommend storing it at room temperature and consuming it within two years. Once opened, leave it in the refrigerator.

Maple butter should be stored in the refrigerator and consumed within 6 months. Some syrup may come to the surface after a while. If so, simply stir it lightly with a knife.

The taffy and the cones must be kept in the freezer. Otherwise the taffy will crystallize. Take them out 10 to 15 minutes before consuming them to allow them to cool and return the rest of the product to the freezer for later consumption.

For other products, you should check the expiration dates on the packaging.

We would love to offer this option, however, it is logistically impossible. To keep well (and prevent crystallization), the taffy and the cones must remain frozen. It is therefore impossible to ensure delivery by post.
